Had called earlier to confirm request for balcony lake view but when arrived no balcony. Told nothing they can do.
Screaming and banging neighbor last two nights - children and adults - throughout the night. First time I complained was told to call during the noise. Second time I called while screaming was told they’d look into it but unable to do anything at the moment because he was the only one there and couldn’t leave the desk. Upon check out was told by mgr that security spoke with guest who apologized. I told her my son who was staying with me had to leave in the middle of the night and go to a friends so he could sleep because he had classes the next morning. Mgrs response was “she could move me and What did I expect her to do?!” Seriously?! So disappointed. Though I’ve stayed many times past two years (6 or 7 times)? and have always enjoyed staying here, am probably going to stay elsewhere because of the managers response in addition to my request for balcony not being honored ☹️
