Modest Bed & Breakfast

Pros: Helpful proprietor. Tea making things in room. Excellent breakfast. Handy location.
Cons: Room rather cramped with double and single bed insitu.
Location: Easy walking to rail, long distance and local bus stations. Taxi rank nearby. Five minutes walk to Southampton city centre- shops, city wall walks.
