Centara - accommodation in South Thailand

I would rate this excellent,but the staff fell apart at the fact I had to check out a day earlier. I told them on check out especially to ensure I had transportation and the time needed. I checked the night before and the guy on duty at the front desk had no idea what I was talking about. He wrote a note, yet the next day I called 3 times for baggage assistance telling them I’m checking out, before deciding to take the bags down my self and then the front desk was surprised I was checking out. Then my car came and I had to wait until they checked the property to make sure nothing was outstanding. The property is big. There are two pools one with a waterfall and a waterslide. The other outside the main restaurant, but there are 3 restaurants at the resort. Why was baggage assistance a big deal. We stayed in the deluxe suite at the top of the hill. Each day we’d have to catch the shuttle at least going up, because it was a trek. Outside of that the property is great for families or a Romantic getaway. It is about a 20 minute ride from the bustle of patong beach and its nightlife. You could walk if you were so brave. All facility and rooms were very clean. Turn down service and water replenishment daily.

could not recommend enough! phenomenal service, wonderful rooms, clean, great food all around, a bit further out but still deffo worth it!
