The staff was lovely, especially John who worked near the pool. The hotel itself was a bit run down, caulk in the shower was grimy, the pool nearest the beach was especially tired looking, the tile around the edge looked filthy and falling apart.

The resort is very clean and modern. The staff were amazing and the stay was totally enjoyable. We were fortunate to get a room upgrade that included a small pool. We would highly recommend staying here again as it is close to the centre of Ao Nang but far enough away to enjoy the peace and quiet. Amazing resort.
