Good location for tours and pool use.

Pool is excellent. Food is average. Location for tours from Ao Nang is great. Better beaches for fun elsewhere. Service at front desk is poor. Asked for help for transportation and front desk worker said to go walk with our luggage to town. Used Grab app to get our own taxi with pick up at lobby.

We only stayed for one night and happy about that. Although check in was fine we immediately smelled a foul odor in the bathroom. Much like sewage, similar to the whiffs you get walking along the main road in Ao Nang. Luckily we had peppermint drops to use in and around bathroom and room. The bed was comfortable. Only two bottles of water per day which we thought was not enough. All other places we stayed at had as many as needed without a cost. As new as this hotel appears to be there is an issue ( at least in our room 1222) with the spout of the tub not reaching into the tub. We found it a little out of the way for location.

This seemed like an equally nice place for those who are looking to relax around a pool as for those (like us) who wanted a comfortable launching point to experience all the beaches an d attractions around Ao Nang.

The property is very nice. The room is clean and has direct pool access. It’s a 2 min walk to the quiet part of the beach. It’s close to bars and restaurants and the long boats but it quiet. The staff have all been very nice too.

This hotel was busy and there was no sense of calm or relaxation. Both pool areas were over crowded leaving no room between you and your neighbours chair - this varied greatly from all the photos on the website. There was very limited shade which meant that unless you saved a spot first thing in the morning you would be in direct sunlight all day. The pool deck and pool were not to a cleanliness level expected with the price point of this hotel. The room smelled of sewage which was clearly trying to be masked with a strong air freshener. We ended up keeping the bathroom door closed which helped, but certainly did not solve the problem when you needed to go into the washroom. We were a group of six, with three different rooms and all experienced the same issue in relation to the sewage smell. We were supposed to be at the resort for a total of four days and after two days attempted to discuss a refund for early departure. The front desk staff advised that was not something they would consider. We ended up checking out two days earlier anyways and moving to another hotel at our own cost. Expedia was excellent at attempting to resolve the issue further but the hotel still refused to budge on their policy. Would not recommend this property.

Nothing to complain about hotel. Good location, very clean, modern, and plesant. Just out of the hussle of the main street so quiet but within walking distance to beach and main strip. We went self catering and found the hotel as cheap and easy to have breakfast than walking to the strip. Roof pool is a nice touch. Would defo recommend

Lovely and friendly staff, felt very clean and it has a great location, less than 5 min walk to the beach and the promenade. I would stay here again, even just for the smoothies.

Not a great hotel- small and bland (wouldn’t pay $500 a night for sure!). Much nicer hotels in the surrounding areas. Pictures make it look much nicer than it is. Not well kept. Wouldn’t recommend it; although, it is a short walk to the beach which is stunning and a lovely walk to the bustling market area.
