Clean, modern rooms and great pool areas. Staff were very friendly, and cocktails were excellent. Fitness facilities were well maintained, and the beach is just a 5‑minute walk. Only improvement needed is more shaded spots at the rooftop pool, as it gets very hot in the sun.

Great hotel! Spa was good and easy to book. Front desk was helpful. Concierge helped booked a lot of excursions for us and made it flawless. The room itself was nice. Comfy bed. Plenty of space. Rooftop pool was nice too.

Lobby and elevator smell terrible. Room couches have stains and walls don’t protect from sound, you can hear everything. Indoor hallways are wet/moist for some reason. Staff is nice & friendly but facilities are terrible. Should be half the price, if that.

The room was very clean and the hotel as a whole was very clean. The rooftop bar and pool has an amazing view whilst chilling. I did not use the restaurants as I spent most of my time out of the hotel but would highly recommend.

The gym and swimming pools were great , a highlight being the rooftop bar and pools. The hotel also left me a birthday cake in the fridge which was really tasty and very unexpected! A great place to stay, the breakfast was fine but when the hotel is busy the egg station becomes a bit chaotic! But the staff were all lovely, very service minded and their English was perfect.

Very friendly and accomodating staff. Checked in very early. Employee sat down and explained everythint perfectly to us. Room was great. Upstairs pool was an every day event. Very close 3 minute walk to beach and maybe 10 minutes to "town". If you dont feel like walking you can use grab for cheap. Really enjoyed our stay. Heard lots of weird stories from other travellers about places they were staying and happy with our choice. PS the roadside bar/restaurant next door to the hotel serves up cheap thai food and its delicious
