I had a 3 night stay at Red Ginger Chic.
Check-in was quick & easy, & the staff were very friendly & welcoming (& thanks for the late check-out.)
Room was clean & comfortable, with a nice, big balcony.
I was very impressed by the various eco-friendly things that were in place throughout my room & the hotel.
Food options, incl breakfast, were basic but good.
The hotel is walking distance to many restaurants, stores, services & the beach, or a 3-5 minute tuk-tuk to the bars & clubs.
Unfortunately, I didn’t have the chance to take a swim, but the pool looked great!
Only negative of the stay is that the WiFi was a bit patchy sometimes, but that is a very minor thing.
I would be very happy to stay at Red Ginger Chic again, or recommend it to others, when visiting Ao Nang.

Beautiful clean hotel in great location. Unfortunately let down by poor customer service the majority of times when ordering food and drinks. The safety box in my room was broken and couldn’t open it multiple times and needed staff to come and manually do it which got quite frustrating. Photos on website accurate of the hotel. Pool area really nice.

Pleasant Stay
Pros:Room with direct pool access. Reasonable prices. Helpful staff.
Cons:Club rooms could do with updating seeing as they are more expensive than rooms like the direct pool access that are updated.
A couple of staff on front desk gave excellent service whilst others were good. Breakfast staff and food in restaurant was very good. We initially chose the club room but on arrival preferred the room with direct access to the pool. The desk staff we dealt with in this regard assisted us greatly by letting us move back and forth from the club room to the pool room on the days that one was vacant.
