WELCOME TO OUR VACATION HOME
Our vacation home is comfortably equipped for 8 to 10 people. You and your guests can spread out in our 3 bedrooms: our primary bedroom features a king-size memory foam bed for 2; our 1st guest room is tightly equipped with 2 queen-sized beds for 2 to 4 people; and our 3rd guest room is tucked away with a queen-size bed for up to 2 guests. Each bedroom has a TV and some room to unpack, so make yourself home! If you need an additional sleeping space, our living room has a sofa sleeper; however - please request linens for the sofa sleeper ahead of time. You will have plenty of room to unwind with your crew in our 2 bathrooms, open floor living area with sofas, dining space, and fully-furnished kitchen. We've furnished and decorated our vacation home with our guests in mind - everything is family-friendly, clean, and functional. The living spaces have a modern, beach-cottage vibe, while our bedrooms have a playful brightness. Aside from equipping our vacation home with full-size kitchen appliances, we've also installed a washer and dryer for your convenience. WELCOME TO SAIDA TOWERS
Welcome to Saida Towers, South Padre Island's premier beachfront social resort. It has 3 pools, 3 hot tubs, a kiddie pool, an outdoor drink and snack bar, tennis courts, a shuffleboard court, and direct beach access. All this is wrapped in tropical grounds bordered by award-winning restored dunes and white-sand beaches. Seasonally, there are on-site rentals for tennis and shuffleboard equipment and chair and umbrella rentals on the sand. Saida Towers is within walking distance of shopping centers, restaurants, and activities. Saida Towers has everything you look for in a beachfront resort rental.

POLICIES & INFO
Resort Fees: At certain times of the year, rentals may charge a one-time, per-guest Resort Fee to facilitate guest access. For more information, consult the Property Description or contact the reservation agent.

Refundable Damage Deposit: Rentals may require a Refundable Damage Deposit from March through Easter weekend. The Rental Company will collect this deposit by cash or credit card at check-in. If paying by credit card, the Primary Renter must present a credit card that matches their name upon check-in. For more information, consult the Property Description or contact the reservation agent.

Age Restrictions: The minimum age requirement for renters is 25. As per Homeowner Association Rules & Regulations, THIS CONDO DOES NOT ALLOW YOUNG ADULT/SPRING BREAK GROUPS.

- This rental is family-friendly and non-smoking.
- The number of guests must not exceed the stated maximum occupancy.
- Parties are strictly prohibited.
- Please keep noise levels to a minimum to respect other guests and property owners.
- Professionally laundered and sanitized linens may be exchanged for free on the east side of our off-site Guest Welcome Center from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
- Laundry detergent and sofa sleeper linens are available upon request at our off-site Guest Welcome Center.
- This vacation home does not allow pets.

We loved the room and view. This was our 2nd stay at Saida. Last year we stayed in tower 2 and this year tower 3. We really enjoyed both. The check in process was amazing as well as the staff. The condo had everything ee needed and some. The location was great for us. We cant wait to book for next year. Thank you

We loved this condo 3 years ago as it was clean, beautiful and right on the beach. Unfortunately, it was not that when we came this time. There were many issues that many would usually deal with, but the biggest problem now it has roaches, dead and alive. Yes they sprayed, but we dealt with it the whole vacation. We let them know they needed to spray and deep clean the condo as it was also very filthy the floors turned our feet black which tells us the cleaning company isnt doing a good job. There was roaches in all the cabinets in the kitchen, in the bottom of the fridge, in cracks in by the doorways. It was absolutely awful. We Unfortunately were not given the best care either, they came to spray but that was it. They were suppose to send a person to clean never happened. Send someone to look at the strobe light in the bathroom three people were sharing, never happened. We did all the work on our vacation, cleaned everything, sanitized all the dishes, vacummed out the cabinets etc. Bought all of the supplies too. The worst part is it felt like no one cared. Never got responses, had to show up in person when leaving to ask for updates. Even after had issues. They did offer us a downgraded condo though while we were there... i mean really? Im just so disappointed.. we work hard for our vacation time, just to end up working so hard to clean someone elses mess.. please pick another place unless you want this experience. Again, so disappointed.

Our vacation was ruined by a very large amount of cockroaches in our condo. They were all over the kitchen at all times. On the counters, on the walls, on the floor and even inside the refrigerator. We could not sit on the living room couch as roaches would run out if we did. We had to keep all our belongings packed in our suitcases and on top of tables. We had to keep all food in totes on tables and when we got food out we would have to clean counters, make sandwiches and then immediately put the food back in totes as roaches would get in the food within minutes while you sat down to eat. Therefore we had to eat out more often than planned as we weren't able to cook at the condo dude to roaches on pans in cabinets. We reached out to the management company renting the condo. They sent out a maintenance guy with Ortho Home Defence, "the kind you buy at big box stores" and Advion Ant Gel. They put these poisons behind the oven and refrigerator. The poison caused no beneficial change. This vacation we had looked forward to for many months and spent a lot of money on was like a nightmare to us. We did not want to stay there but getting another place to accommodate 8 people day of on an island seemed not possible. Plus not knowing if they would even be willing to refund our stay. We already had a lot of money tied up in this condo. To have my children stay in a place with roaches like this angers me more than words can describe.

The condo beautiful everything was nice clean and they provided most things needed for cooking cleaning etc.. we did have some roaches and that really discussed me but we were in touch with management within an hour and they had someone out 2 times within the week we were there to treat them. Pools and amenities on point right off the beach great location beautiful view! Overall a great stay

Very Nice unit. Great location but property needs a deep clean. All register covers were very dirty with dust bunnies coming out of them, baseboards needed wiped off, and dirty handprints on doors and windows. The shower leaked all over the floor every time it was used in the main bathroom. Floors appeared clean but could not walk barefoot in unit as your feet would be black. Had an alarm beeping for 2 days before it was troubleshooted and silenced. They speculated the water heater needed replaced and turned the water off until they could fix it (next day) but did not tell us. We arrived back at our unit after being out and about for the day to find we had no water. The bar stool seats were of white fabric and very dirty. We had very small ants in the unit our entire stay even though there was fumigation done early in our stay. The ice maker did not work, and maintenance told us it was shut off meaning it was nonfunctioning and could not be turned back on, so we had to go out to buy ice our entire stay. All in all we enjoyed the location and the layout of the property. We just feel it is not well kept/cleaned.

On your website, it said that we could check in early. Probably be charged a small fee. When discussing it with the checking people he kept telling us that the place. And yet, the cleaning lady card said that the property was clean on the 8th of October. The oven did not work In caught on fire. Skillets were not usual because they were not non stick in my eggs kept sticking to the skillet Even with none stick all in it. There was little red bugs on the furniture in the living on the floor had to buy some bulk spray. Have the pictures of the oven on fire?

Great place to stay and AMAZING view!!

This condo was lovely!!! There were 9 of us and plenty of room. The beds were great! The balcony was huge and the view was spectacular!!!! Kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. Bathrooms were amazing and we ALL loved the showers! The only thing I would change is adding blackout curtains but that’s just my preference. The host was great and responded quickly to any needs we had. Check in and out was quick and easy! The property itself was nice but a few minor upgrades would make a huge difference. Will definitely stay here again!!!

This property is on the 12th floor. The views were awesome! It was a bit of a hike to the beach but so worth it. We had a couple of issues with the tv's and dryer. The Managment was very accommodating and responded to our request immediately. We will definitely rent again.

Spring break with the grandkids

The property met our needs, there was room for everyone and the facility was nice. There was a cold snap and a couple more heated pools and hot tubs that the kids could use would have been nice.

Didn’t Measure Up

I did love the location and the condo grounds were lovely. They had tiki bars, but nothing was open, which was a disappointment. The unit itself didn’t measure up, in my opinion. There was a giant dining table that was too large for the area - it seated 8 but there were only 4 chairs, which were upholstered in white fabric and filthy. Mattresses in 2 of the 3 BR’s were extremely lumpy and need replacing. The bedding was thin and poor quality; including extra blankets that were in very poor shape (old and didn’t appear clean). Pillows were cheap and thin as well. Cleaning needs to be addressed; owner may not be aware, but there was a thick layer of dust/dirt coating all the baseboards. A regular deep clean is needed. This building is 40 years old and it doesn’t appear the unit has been updated (popcorn ceiling that is peeling, etc). None of the windows would budge; all stuck shut (no hearing the waves at night). Renters should be aware this building is surrounded by high-rises that never turn their lights out, so the bedrooms are very light at night, despite closing the blinds - blackout drapes could be helpful. It would also have been nice to be able to get network channels (e.g., no Olympics). In a well-stocked kitchen, I would have expected kitchen wrap of some variety, soap at the sink, a few spices or condiments, etc., but there were none of those. There were positives as well, but unfortunately, the negatives outweighed. I wanted to love this place but wouldn’t rent here again.

Perfect place for a family

The rental itself was perfect for our family. It was very clean, beds were comfortable, a washer and dryer was included, and every kitchen item you could think of. The location was perfect...right off the causeway and walking distance to several restaurants and attractions. There was a good selection of swimming pools and hot tubs and having direct access to the beach was a major plus. We will definitely try to stay here next time we're in Padre.
