The only real complaint we have with this hotel is the bed and pillows! Both of which are VERY hard and uncomfortable. Otherwise, it's a great place.

The beds were squeaky and HARD. Pillows as well. The balcony was tiny and you could hear construction the whole day. For a second I thought it was the neighbors but it was indeed the workers. I even saw a cockroach by the bed. Never staying again.

The remodeling seems to be a slow work in progress, but it's nice. There are some things that should be replaced but weren't, like our sink faucet, and doors and door handles, etc.

The rooms was perfect but the best part was after we left got a call form the front desk my wife had left her wallet halfway home turned around wallet and all cards and cash was waiting at the front desk o and breakfast was great also we'll be going back for sure

I was given a Handicap Room in a hotel on mondsy night with bad weather. Low Occupancy. Asked fromt desk for a different room and was told no other King Rooms Available. Do to late check in i wouldn't be able to rebook. The Handicap Shoeer is Unsanitary. I deserve a Full Refund

Rooms are ok but beware of keys. You could lock yourself out as keys keep on not working. You need to call reception and they take time to come. Renovations in progress so check before you book. Only good thing is breakfast with nice omelet and hot tacos. Also manager was understanding and kind enough to refund my money.
