Wonderful floor plan for entertaining, lots of room for guests, huge pool (heated pool available Fall 2023)*. All very large bedrooms, beautifully decorated and wood floor throughout. Enjoy a spectacular view of the sparkling swimming pool, garden, seasonal fireworks, partial view of the Gulf of Mexico. Grab your towels and hit the beach only a few houses down from the beach access! We also have a bar/deck grill by the pool and play area for kids!!!

1st floor distribution:

2nd floor:

3rd floor:
-Bunk beds bedroom (2 bunk beds, 2 twin beds each) (4 total)

Outdoor:
- Private HEATED pool and SPA*
- Dining table for 6 to eat outside.
- Grill, propane tank provided but may not be filled with gas, you may fill out the gas at a very close convenient store.


House supplies: Shampoo, conditioner and body wash on each bathroom, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher soap, laundry soap. Beach towels, beach chairs and utility cart to load things and take them to the beach available. =)

House occupancy is for 12 guests (includes children and infants), but we can allow a 14 guest occupancy.
Pet Restriction: Not Pets allowed. (If you own a service dog please contact property manager). (Cats and other animals are NOT permitted.

There are exterior cameras in the property, and they will only be used under a threat of damaging the property, like a neighbor reporting disturbance in the property due to large size parties or if the police requests access to the cameras. There are no indoor cameras. Exterior cameras locations are disclosed in welcome guide.

*Heated pool disclosure: Pool Heat will only be used between October to April reservations. Pool and Hot Tub heat separately. If Hot Tub is on, Pool will not be heating up. We do not recommend turning on the Hot Tub for more than 1 hour if not being used. Pool heating takes 24-36 hours to become effective after being turned on. Under temperatures below 60 degrees Fahrenheit no residential pool heater will be able to work and properly heat a pool under these weather conditions. The Pool water heater will heat 10-20 degrees above the ambient air temperature. If weather is below 60 degrees Fahrenheit temperature in the Pool will not go above 80 degrees. If weather is below 60 degrees Hot Tub will take at least 2 hours to heat up. Pool heaters will not be turned on and will not work when temp is 55 or below due to safety cut off & fire risk to heater. Pools typically cool overnight.
