Great location but this hotel needs upgrades badly, it was so damp in our room the carpet felt wet the linens felt damp and if you left any clothes out if your suitcase they were damp too their AC needs replaced I called twice to get our room cleaned they never emptied trash or did the bed only dropped off clean towels then they left them on the floor …gross who wants to use a clean towel after they were on the floor won’t ever stay here again

The issue I had was the accessibility of our room. Had to walk thru the pool area to get to Tower B, which would have been ok, but it was rainy and cold when we were there. Also, paid extra for an ocean view and our window was so dirty you couldn't see the beach or the ocean. This place is getting run down and needs to be updated. The staff was very friendly and I felt bad for them as the lobby had no heat and it was cold when we were there and they were dressed in their winter gear with a space heater. It was also cold in the restaurant/bar area.

The AC did not work. It was damp and warm in the room. We were exhausted and it was late, we just dealt with it. The entire hotel felt damp and warm, so it was not just the room.

We enjoyed our stay. Check-in quick and easy. We stayed in tower near the beach. Room was clean and full stocked. But building and room need TLC as are showering age and wear and tear. Pool areas nice. Lots of seating. Swim up bar pool quite warm, but very enjoyable. Easy access to beach. Would have been nice if an on-site shuttle was available as quite a long walk to get to the main street and then still a walk to any restaurants or shopping.

We liked the property for being on the beach and next to in-laws and the price. But, we often had to call for things we needed as they did not service our room for some reason. We were there for a week and without asking the room was serviced twice. The lobby and restaurant were freezing because the temps outside were cold. By the last day there was mold on the wood trim around windows.

Service and staff were great, but Holiday Inn or IHG desperately needs to put some money into the place. Room was ok, but mostly everything just felt a little ragged and outdated.

The outside condition of the property looked a little rough, but the inside was nice, and the staff was very nice. A good value for the price.
