Room towers look old and gloomy. Walkway to beach had many areas that were broken down. Pool area had trash flying around. Rented a 2 queen bed room but beds seemed more like full beds. Bathroom was extremely small.

The property felt dirty overall. The room towels were old, and the carpet felt damp and unclean. The bed was uncomfortably hard, and the restroom was extremely small. The hotel itself appears outdated and poorly maintained. I would not stay here again.

We chose to stay in this property as it was resort style. The property has 3 pools and a heated pool. Although everything good on paper, it lacked professionalism. The house cleaning was nothing great to write about. The beach was not private, the pools and amenities were not private, to the point were people who were not staying at the property could use them as well.

Property had a convenient beach access. Pool was also great as it had 2 pools. Only thing I would mention is that Tower B does not have a sign showing its name. For being the first time staying in this location I was not aware of where tower B was until we were able to get directions from a friendly staff member.

I wasn't disappointed with my stay, food and drinks are awesome! Yet The carpet was noticeably dirty, and there were visible signs of humidity and moisture damage on the walls. It made the room feel unclean and uncomfortable. Definitely I expected more.

Building “A” looks good and more modern, building “B” needs some updating. If you’re on the beach and look back to the resort, doesn’t really look appealing.
