Poor customer service at check in, with two hour wait for room that didn’t become available and no apology from staff member that assisted. Many hotel features and amenities closed during stay- no beach chairs put out, salt rim pool bar closed, pools not anll heated ans stated, and no welcome drink at check in. Did nothing for celebrating birthday for guest. Overall poor customer service and lacking “resort” features as promised. Will not return.

Nice room with sweet ocean view. Staff were amazing and took wonderful care of us. Valet crew were quick efficient friendly and courteous. The restaurant bar leaves some to be desired. The only low point and still not awful. Super comfy beds and pillows. The room was nicely appointed and the housekeeping staff did a fantastic job. Coffee shop had great variety. Mother Nature acted like it was January however still had one beautiful day on the beach which was just steps away. Will visit again.
