Liked: Cleanliness
The room: clean with great working air conditioning, bed was AWFUL, no dishwasher and just generally dated. The location: fantastic since you can see the SpaceX launch towers from the 6th floor but it's not easy to walk to the beach. The rental management company: great communication with easy, clear instructions on entry to the room. The down side was pest control in the whole building in the middle of our trip but it was communicated after our arrival. Overall: it was just so-so but could have been better if the bed was comfortable and we hadn't felt the need to remove our belongings for pest control.
