Best stay on the island!
First of all, the owner was excellent. He was very quick to answer and extremely appreciative of us being there. He was gracious and accommodating. The check in process was easy and checking out was even easier.It was recently renovated and provided our family a clean and welcoming place to stay. We loved being on the first floor by the pool and spent a lot of time on the patio. The kitchen had everything we needed. The one thing I wish we had were cups we could take outside to the beach or pool, but you could pick up some cheap ones in town. The bathrooms were really nice and had plenty of bath towels. Each room had a big smart tv that allowed us to log into our streamed services.The location was spot on with direct access to the beach. Lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance. It is probably one of our favorite places we've ever stayed on vacation. We would come here every time!

We were upgraded to a remodel and it was perfect. The weather didn't cooperate, but the facilities were wonderful and the response on an issue with an appliance was great. We would certainly go there again!

Location amazing the rest…………lacking
The location was amazing and allowed to check in early! Short walk to the pool and beach with the pool right outside the back door. However, the unit was not as pristine as the pictures look online. It was in need of a lot of touchups around the unit. The counters were still dirty with food debris from the previous renters as well as multiple dirty dishes in the cabinets and drawers. The picture that shows all of the Beach accessories for use does not have anything except a few broken chairs. The beds were fairly comfortable. The recliners on the couch did not work except for one of them. Bring your own hygiene products, including trash bags and toilet paper. When someone delivered two rolls of toilet paper for us and we were gone approximately six hours we came back to find our front door was unlocked. With all of our belongings in the unit. Spoke with property management and they were accommodating and said the issues will be addressed. You definitely need to bring cleaning supplies for both dishes and laundry.
