The complex is conveniently located on the less congested South end of the island. Your own parking spot is located directly in front of the condo, making unloading your luggage a breeze! Groceries, restaurants, beach stores, or anything else you may need is no more than a 5 minute drive away. However, once you arrive, you may find that you don't need to drive anywhere at all! With two swimming pools, two jacuzzis, a gym, and a charcoal barbecue pit area, you have everything you need right at your vacation home! You'll reach a sparkling swimming pool just 13 steps out the back door. The beach is just a short walk away. Also at the complex are elevated sun decks overlooking the pool area, which are great for hanging out on!

Enjoyable place to stay with our family.
We were very pleased with our accommodations. The three bedrooms, large living space, and grounds made our family vacation splendid. It was quiet and other guests were very respectful. We would definitely stay at this property again.

Great place for us!
Overall, the apartment was nice and clean when we arrived. Check-in/out was very easy. Having three bedrooms was really nice for the kids. The large kitchen and living room was great space to hang out in. Very minor things we noticed was the master bed frame was bent in the middle of the bed causing the a dip. Also, the smart thermostat felt like it was being controlled by someone else. We would lower the temp from time to time and somehow it would end up back up in the mid 70’s range. This was very evident in the middle of the night waking up to have to lower the temperature again. I will admit, these were not a deal breaker for us. We would definitely stay at this place again when we make it back down to SPI.
