Sweet studio in beachfront building- sleeps 4, pool, hot tub, BBQ

This newly remodeled second floor beachfront condo at The Florence is the perfect getaway spot for a couple or a small family. There is an ocean view from the private 2nd floor balcony that faces south. The main bed is queen and there is a queen sofa sleeper for extra sleeping space. The Florence is right on the beach so you can come and go to the condo easily using the boardwalk. A nicely equipped kitchen has counter space and a pantry for storage. A beautifully tiled walk in shower has a hand held shower and a bench. The 50" Smart TV has a Bluray. Just bring your personal items and food because the condo has everything you need for a great time at South Padre. We have a few beach items for guests to use during their stay. Beach Supplies- Umbrella with a sand anchor, 2 beach chairs, 2 camping chairs, 2 boogie boards, a small cooler.
We are located toward the north part of the island between Clayton's and Wanna Wanna. Walking distance to many places but away from the noise and crowds. It's a little slice of heaven at a great price!
Pet friendly. Pet fee and Pet Agreement required.
Max guests: This unit must not exceed 4 guests.
We are just a phone call away in case you need anything.
The island has a free Metro bus that picks up right in front of the building and runs until 9:00 PM.

Security Dates: $25 ID Wristbands are required for each guest over the age of 10 during the following times: Spring Break Texas week, Easter weekend, Samana Santa, and Independence Day Holiday and surrounding dates. Please reach out for current security dates if you are booking around these dates. This cost pays for security that is hired during these times.
A rental agreement is required and will be sent to you for digital signature after booking.
All guests must adhere to the rules of the building.

This condo is updated and has everything you need to enjoy your stay on SPI. The host took care of anything we needed promptly, and made sure everything was stocked that we needed for an enjoyable stay. We had easy beach access and could walk to restaurants and stores. Perfect spot for a "right on the beach" get-away. Space was cozy & clean & had all the amenities we needed. We had zero concerns or negatives for the entire experience. We brought our two dogs and the LOVED it (our lab is barking at us today as he wants to go to the beach). We always bring extra sheets & blankets with us so that we never have to worry about the furniture. Also great to know the floor was tile, perfect for sweeping & not working about doggie nails. Sunrise was spectacular, watching the sun pop-up right from the balcony was a highlight for all of us.

Return trip after 20+ years

My daughter and I drove from Arkansas to see Port Isabel and South Padre Island for the first time in 20 years. Perfect accommodations for us. The studio condo had everything we needed. It was super clean and comfortable. Would love a return trip...but not waiting another 20 years!
