The Space:

This modern South Lake Tahoe cabin combines mountain warmth with upscale finishes. The main living room features plush seating, a gas fireplace, and a smart TV for cozy evenings. The open kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, a wine fridge, and everything you need to prepare family meals - just bring the food!



Step outside to the landscaped backyard, where you can grill on the BBQ (with direct gas line connection), play a game of bocce ball, or soak in the private hot tub — the perfect way to unwind after a day of skiing, hiking, or time at the lake.

Bedroom 2 (upper level): Queen bed, Jack and Jill bathroom (toilette shared with room 3 and hallway access, but private sinks and shower. There is a door that locks to make the sink and shower areas private for both bedrooms)



Bedroom 3 / Game Room (upper level): Twin over full bunk bed, full over full bunk bed with a twin trundle bed (5 beds total), fireplace, TV, couch, Jack and Jill bathroom (with door that locks to make the sinks and shower private; toilette in the middle and shared with bathroom 3 and hallway)



Bedroom 4 (upper level): 2 queen beds



Bathrooms: Three bathrooms, plus a half bath. Two of the bathrooms share a toilette, so there are 3 toilets, 3 showers, 4 vanities in the home.

You are less than two miles from the pristine shores of Lake Tahoe and the world class Heavenly Ski Resort and Village which provide year round recreation including skiing and mountain biking. The area features charming shops and diverse dining options to suit every taste. Whether you want to explore nearby hiking trails or enjoy a quiet stroll through our community this location is an ideal base for your Tahoe adventure.



Getting Around:

To explore South Lake Tahoe with ease we recommend having a vehicle as public transportation options are limited. We provide free parking for up to three vehicles on the premises. Please note that street parking is strictly prohibited by city ordinance and violators may be towed. For those flying into the area the Reno Tahoe International Airport is the primary hub and is approximately a ninety minute drive from our location. Once you arrive in town you are just a short drive from the main attractions including the Heavenly Village and local beach areas.
