The only good thing about this place is location. The rooms need major remodeling. Things were falling down. Water was shut off suddenly during the day for about half an hour and the front desk knew about it.

I drove over 5 hours to take my mom to Hell’s Kitchen for her birthday. I booked through expedia and got a great deal! The staff were absolutely amazing,the room was beyond any expectations! They had an amazing hot tub that even has a lift to help disabled out of it. Everything was just beyond what we could have imagined.

My family and I had a last minute stay in Lake Tahoe. The room felt like I was in a motel than a hotel. The carpet was torn. The bed foundation fabrics were torn. Luckily the mattresses and bedding were ok. Although there was a sign by the sink asking patron asking its guests to conserve water, the shower head was big and very wasteful of water in my opinion. The condition of the room needed to be updating. I won’t come back to this hotel although I frequent visit Lake Tahoe. This is no resort or beach club. Very misleading.

Was not asked upon checking if I was OK with an ADA compliant room. Once I found out it was too late to change as the only other room had guests. The porch had a wheel chair transport and the shower head was mid wall. Guests should be notified the room is set for handicap. The walls were paper thin in the hot tub rooms. Guests next door were loud banging playing music which I let slide but you could hear everything through the walls in a premium room. Also thought the tub was pretty small. Unacceptable to pay additional fees for a nicer room that’s got noise issues and set up for a wheel chair without asking is ok. Grounds are nice. Rates not bad. But I would never book the jacuzzi rooms again. And I did not like at all I was not told I was I’d be using a shower that’s spraying my waist.

Key cards were not working. I had to visit the lobby for new key cards every time I wanted to access my room. Staff was blaming me for demagnetizing the key card by keeping in my wallet or next to my phone. Hot tub was nice tho.

Comfortable stay, staff was great. On arrival our room was cold, the heat pump did not respond to controls. Maintenance man figure it out eventually and got it working. Door to bathroom would not close, poor fit.
