The hotel was in a good location, the beach was nice and clean, and the pool was okay. However, the rooms themselves were DATED. I mean, they should have been upgraded 20 years ago. The towels and utilities were old, as were the bed sheets. The carpet reeked and was begging to be replaced. The staff was very nice and polite, but that couldn't make up for how poor the rooms were. I will never stay here again and do not recommend it.

I liked that the property was on the shore of Lake Tahoe, and it was next to the road and a shopping complex. The kitchen was well equipped. The view is stunning. However, what I did not like was that the patio was shared on both sides of the rooms. All guests walked past my room. There was no privacy. For this reason, I gave a 4-star.

Stayed here a few times never had any issues! And what’s better than a beautiful lake view and walking out your room back door right to the beach!? The only 3 star I gave was because the phone cord in the room was broken, and then eventually the toilet handle had issues. But other than that, super friendly and attentive staff and great location!

Great property with a private beach. Good resturants withing walking distance. The staff was helpful and responsive when we needed help moving rooms because the water heater wasnt working for our room.
