Staff was very friendly. Room was clean and very spacious. We loved the fire place heater it added a nice little touch! The beach was right outside of our patio which was simply AMAZING!!!! We had an amazing snowball fight and wsrmed up by the fire pit tsking in the awesome views!!! It was a little slice of paradise on one of the most beautiful lakes in the U.S.

My family loved the room we had. Great view of the lake and easy access to the snow front from our sliding door. The staff was really nice and helpful. Definitely will stay there again.

Overall, the stay at this location was good. The staff was really friendly and the check in/out was a breeze. The hotel itself is a little dated but comfortable. Suggested improvements: update the bed mattress to something a little more comfortable. We would stay here again.

The hotel is nasty, and on top of it, poor customer service and dirty bathrooms. The manager was rude. I will never stay in this hotel again. They need a new manager, someone who is more sympathetic and humane.
