Very clean, soft mattresses, excellent bathroom. Only downsides, breakfast didn’t have hot chocolate and juice machine broke so there was really only water for kids. Didn’t visit the pool as we went right to bed after skiing but would absolutely return. I even got a 100 sleep score LOL! For the price, this place was amazing.

The PTAC in 205 needs to be replaced. I fell asleep when I turned the heat on and woke up in the middle of the night freezing all night (stayed 47-52°) because the compresser is broken in that PTAC. There is no way that just happened. I chose this hotel during a family emergency because of great ratings, checked in late, hoping to sleep comfortable and the only reason i didnt switch rooms is because I didnt known it was broken until waking up freezing at 2am and the "engineers" who could've helped, as told the next day, looked like 2 teenagers walking their hallway right as I was checking in. I manage hotels and in my experience, it should be a room put out of order until replaced. I have a video of the compresser chugging away if the owner needs it. Not worth the $.

We enjoyed a very clean bedroom with comfortable beds and a spotless bathroom. The staff was very welcoming. The breakfast was great. (We had to look around but there was a tip jar on top of the milk cooler. Although it was self serve a helper delivered pancakes to our grandchildren after the automatic pancake maker needed a refill.) The pool was very large and the pool area was very clean. All in all it was a great stay.
