Truly a Fantasy Island Villa!

The staff and service was excellent and attentive. Adam The Chef provides 5-Star level Dominican cuisine. Edward The Driver is always on time, consistent and reliable. The villa is definitely walking distance to the Sosua nightlife, but I would not consider it walking distance to the beach. There were a few household amenities/appliances that need to be repaired or replaced. The bedrooms and bathrooms were in excellent condition and great cleanliness.

My group of 28 had a fantastic time! The owner takes cleanliness and service very seriously and I would consider booking again without a doubt. While there were some minor mishaps due to flooding in general, they were super responsive. We hired a chef and it was the best part of our trip. Chef Mario was amazing and so respectful. Every single room has its own bathroom, and there’s an additional bathroom by the pool. My only concern was the depth of the pool, as it’s 7ft all around with the exception of the entrance and swim Up bar area. We had many people unable to use the pool, but nevertheless, that did not ruin the trip. Looking forward to my next trip, and exploring some more of the owner’s beautiful properties. Thank you for such great customer service.

Awesome Birthday Getaway

This is a great property but what makes it really special is the staff. They are attentitive, hardworking, and thorough. From our chefs to the house manager and the housekeeping staff, we always received the attention that we needed. The property is exactly as the photos. Except for some AC and a small water leak, we had no issues during our stay. The rooms are all decently appointed and comfortable. The things that could make our stay even better would include - better mattresses, some floaties for the pool (7 feet deep), and a working microwave. Other than that, our stay was perfectly accomplished and relaxing.

Villa was beautiful and was just as shown in the pictures for my family of 18 ppl. Only thing I didn’t like was the jets in the hot tub would not stay on. Overall the house was beautiful and the owner , staff and guards were amazing. Would definitely refer this property for a large group.

*The Villa itself is simply awesome! it is solid all the way around. Anything that you think you could need during your stay, the property manager(Enrico), and the owner, have already thought of it and have it waiting for you. There is no technology that could provide better pics or a better video than what is already available online, however, they still don't do this property justice. When you take your first steps on this property, it a whole other level of Amazing! *Cleaning Staff: These ladies provide A1 Service. From to Daily Room cleanings, to offering to take care of your laundry. *Security: Provided from 7pm - 7am, the Security Guard Andres is excellent. He protects you well, and if you have any specific rules, just let him know and he'll make sure he carries them out. *David: When Enrico had to go out of town, David is your 24 hour, go to guy to call for just about anything. Any problems, anything that needed to be fixed, Give him a few minutes, he pops right up on the spot with what you need. *Enrico: He and his secretary are nice in person, and handle business professionally. If you don't mess up the property, you receive what was promised back to you before your stay ends with no hassle. *Taxi/Cab Service: This part was better than amazing! David & Enrico connected me with a company named Edward Transfer, I can't begin to praise him enough. No matter what type of transportation was needed, he was able to accommodate me with fast service, good drivers, and instant responses. I absolutely loved my experience working with this Taxi Company. *Personal Chef: If you utilize the Chef Adam, the chef whom the property recommended to you, his meals are tasty. If you don't speak Spanish, there is a language Barrier you will encounter(Google Translate or the property translator, Moe, come in handy here). If you have very very specific needs, you should either go to the store with chef Adam, or you should make sure that you check your grocery list and match it with everything that he returns from the grocery store with(If you are vegan, the grocery store named "Playero" is your best friend). Chef Adam is not a thief by any means, however, he may not inform you of things from your grocery list that he did not return with. You end up finding out after the meal is cooked. *If booked via Fabio & Nancy, Fabio is very professional. Be sure to connect the info you receive from Fabio with the Info you receive from others such as Enrico or Peter

Family of 26 Fun in the Sun!

Awesome villa! It was exactly as pictured and all 26 of us had a great time. We had 4 generations, from 86 to 20 and everything in between. The villa was perfect for our large group of family and friends. We used all the bedrooms and spent alot of time at the pool bar, the pool area, indoor TV lounge room. Most of us did an excursion almost everyday, to the Waterfalls hike, ATVing/Dune Buggy, Sosoua Beach, Catamaran and Ziplining. It was great fun filled week. Many of us got into the pool every morning before going out each and cooled off at the end of the day. Definitely get a chef/cook, its worth it, if you have a large party like ours. Booking this home was a piece of cake. I would definitely recommend staying here, it so beautiful!!
