We had a great stay, the breakfast was awesome, consistent and delicious. Our room met expectations and went beyond. Yani was a treat to deal with. Her smile and positive attitude was infectious. I can’t say enough about the laundry service. It was a first for us and for the price, well worth it. Frank and his family’s presence made you feel the connection between him and his staff. All staff treated us with the utmost respect and answered any questions we had. Kudos to the countless staff that made us feel special. The hotel also offers peace and quiet at night when the streets are often quite loud. The close walk to the beaches and nightlife were also an added perk. Well done Casa Valeria!

A good, clean hotel with good service and a nice complimentary breakfast. Relatively quiet and a 5-minute walk to the beach. If you don't like the menu at the hotel's restaurant, you are about a 2-5-minute walk from a bunch of other restaurants and bars. Like other places I've stayed in the DR, the water pressure isn't as strong as you might be used to in North America, but that's nitpicking. Would definitely recommend.

Overall there were pros and cons to staying at this property. I cone to DR for the Dominican breakfast and tgey ran out of plantains. The pool was not kept up and dirty. The rooms bathrooms can use a makeover. Outside of that, the location is ideal, and super close to 2 beaches. The staff was very helpful but doubt I would stay here again.

I have nothing but great things to say about our stay. Granted we only stood one night to be closer to the airport for our flight the next day. We were running late to check in and the staff reached out to make sure everything was ok. Once we got there they quickly checked us in, walked us to our room, and took our order for room service even when the restaurant was about to close in 20 mins. The food was amazing, the room was extremely clean and comfortable. The staff was extremely friendly. I honestly wish we could’ve stayed longer to enjoy it even more. We will definitely be coming back to stay longer!
