We loved this hotel! It was clean, beautiful, the staff was wonderful and helpful. The breakfast was so good we had it twice while we were there! It was close to shopping for Christmas, we walked all over. The beds were comfortable (wish they had queens but they are tough to find). There's an Ed's Lobster House across the street that was casual and fun and the food was delicious. We ate there the first night we got in, and it was really nice to be able to just walk over after our long flight. Can't say enough good things about this hotel - we loved it!

NoHo
I’ll start by saying I love this little gem with its sensuous floral entrance BUT for the price point, I do have to lament the lack of simple ubiquitous amenities such as a hair dryer and a Keurig or hot water kettle. I would have packed my own if I had remembered they would not be here. The location is close to the hustle and bustle of SoHo but on a quiet side street and access to the subway is about two streets away so very convenient to getting anywhere else in NYC.

We were disappointed in the condition of the room. It appears to have either mold or mildew in the bathroom near the shower floor. Not good. No glasses in the room. No water bottle offered. Bellman on Saturday was not friendly but the Sunday bellman was wonderful. A breath of fresh air and hospitality.
