The location is perfect for Heathrow Airport, only about a 10-minute drive away. Rooms are clean and well-kept, offering excellent value for money. It's an ideal stop for transit passengers.

We’re greeted by a kind friendly lady at check-in. However as soon as we got in the room there’s smell which never went away. The worst part is the heating. The room temperature never went over 16.5C. We’re given with two portable heaters. We left them on overnight and it was 20C next morning. Overall it would’ve been nice if we didn’t have the heating issue.

Thermostat did not work. Could not get it to warmup. TV volume control did not work properly. Once it increased to 40, it would automatically drop down to 20.

Great quiet family room with excellent location close to Heathrow. My only complaint is that they had a controlled thermostat system that was set too low for winter and it was not adjustable in the room. Reception organized our room an oil heater, which helped for our one night stay.

Definitely a stay again if you want to be close to Heathrow. Nice Italian restaurant close by and walkable to a few other conveniences. Staff were excellent.
