The Space:

Welcome to your cozy and functional retreat on the east side of Sioux Falls! This fully furnished home offers two bedrooms, one full bathroom, a welcoming living room, and a well-equipped kitchen with an eat-in dining area. With a practical design and thoughtful amenities, this residence provides a comfortable and convenient living experience.



The living room invites you to unwind in a space designed for relaxation. Comfortable furnishings and warm decor create a homey atmosphere, while the kitchen and dining area offer a practical layout for meal preparation and shared dining moments. Large windows allow natural light to fill the space, enhancing the overall brightness and warmth of the home.



The two bedrooms provide comfortable sleeping quarters, each with cozy bedding and ample storage space. The full bathroom features modern fixtures, ensuring convenience and style for your daily routines.

Downtown Sioux Falls is just a quick five-minute drive away, providing easy access to cultural events, dining experiences, and vibrant city life.

The home features a large fenced in yard for dogs and a fire pit for enjoying summer nights. If you bring your dog please register it as we do charge a $40 pet fee.



Guest Access:

You may access the whole house and the yard. Access to the garage space is based on your discretion. It is only a manual lift door but can be used as you see fit. Please clean up after yourself in the garage as needed.



The Neighborhood:

We call the neighborhood “food Mecca” because there are so many good food options, most of which are walking distance. The house is located in a quiet, clean neighborhood. This home is easy to access from I-229 and to downtown.



Getting Around:

There is plenty of parking in the double wide double long driveway. The best way to get around Sioux Falls is with your own transportation.

*If you're in need of a rental vehicle during your stay please inquire about our two rental vehicles on Turo. We can deliver the vehicle to you or have it waiting for you at the airport.*



Other Things to Note:

It is strongly recommended to purchase Airbnb's travel insurance when booking a stay during months where unpredictable weather may cause difficulties in travel which could result in not making it to your reserved location. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide full refunds for missed trips.



We love having you stay at our place and we ask that you lock up the whole house when you leave and turn any un-necessary lights and electronics off. We want your stay to be enjoyable as possible, so please let us know what we can do to accommodate your requests. We are quick to respond. Please clean up after your pet inside and outside of the home.



Want to check in early or checkout late?

We have an early check in fee of $25 when check in is requested prior to 2pm. We have a late checkout fee when checkout is requested by 11am.



Interaction with Guests:

Abby will be the main host during your stay. Should you have any questions, comments, or concerns about anything during your stay please reach out to her. The best way to get in contact would be to first message through Airbnb directly in the booking messages. If you don't get a response within 10-15 minutes please text Abby directly during your stay. Her number is located at the property and available to you on Airbnb after a confirmed booking is made.
