Bill is such a great host! We ended up having to cancel our trip due to an illness and Bill helped us with all the paperwork that we needed to send to the travel insurance company. We have stayed at this resort in the past and we know that it is amazing. I will definitely be contacting Bill in the future for our next travel plans to Palm Beach Shores. Thanks! Lisa
