The hotel is very clean and the bathroom was great. However I did not like that the pool closed at 8 pm, the market café at 7pm, and the near by restaurants most have gone out of business. There was a $32 per day hidden resort fee charge. bs.

Beautiful beach front, with very friendly and attentive beach staff. Room was very nice too, highly recommend corner beachfront high level rooms. Parking was very convenient; always available parking spots.

Disappointing

The hotel is excellent, with a prime location, cleanliness, and impeccable service. The food is very good, although very spicy. From the eggs Benedict at breakfast to lunch, they should have warned me that it has a lot of pepper. But the food was good. But what left me very dissatisfied was the beach service. We were three people and they wouldn't let me use the three beach chairs. They said I could only use two per apartment. If I wanted, I had to pay. It was a Monday, the hotel was practically empty, and there were piles of empty chairs stacked one on top of the other. It wasn't very nice of them, since the hotel never once informed me that there were two chairs per apartment. Another thing is that they charge a $32 resort fee and they don't mention this at the time of purchase. They told me to pay for parking through the app using a QR code. At checkout, they charged the hotel again. I paid twice for parking. It's a shame for such a good hotel with services that leave something to be desired.

IMy daughter and I enjoyed having quick access to the beach, and the amenities available. I didn't like the hidden hotel deposit. It would be a good idea to list the fees. I expected to pay a fee, but I was not expecting to pay an extra $1200 for the ocean front view. However, the staff were very helpful and pleasant. Overall, my daughter and I enjoyed our stay.

Hotel was nice. Restaurant was a little pricey. Ex: 1 drink was $20 and everything you buy includes gratuity. Beach was nice ,had seaweed but overall alright beach . Maybe I’m spoiled with the Virgin Islands cause I just came from there. Parking is like $27 a day and resort fee is around $50 something a day also. What I like is the beach chairs , umbrellas and towels are included in the resort fees.

Unfortunately, our otherwise very nice stay at the Singer resort has been tainted by the fact that Expedia sold us a package that included a $50 per night resort credit. Expedia, however, did not notify the Hotel of this credit. After explaining to the front desk staff what my package was supposed to include, they called Expedia. Expedia told the hotel that it was at their discretion how much resort credit they could give us. The manager told the front desk staff that they would only honor $25 per night. I am disappointed with the manager’s decision and I am also disappointed with Expedia’s inability to honor what they sold me. In fact, after many hours of discussion with Expedia, I have come to the conclusion that I will no longer be a customer of theirs. I will point out, however, that the gentleman that I worked with at the front desk was as pleasant as can be, and did his best to help us with our concern. He was handcuffed by the manager’s decision.
