My Ocean view room was a partial and falsely shown as on the ocean side. It was over the pool that had loud djs past dark and in the morning. The price was not equal to the offerings. Overpriced food and bevs. I had looked forward to my splurge and was very sorry to see what I ended up with

Staff was amazing. The beach team killed it and were always made themselves available to help the kids. Slight situation with the room. We were promised an ocean view and saw a slither of the beach, but mostly the roof. Great stay for the price.

Out of three elevators, only one worked the door to our room brought in all the light because it was not shutting all the way didn’t sleep because ice machine was right outside our room and a service lobby that they were having a good time in all night

The redo of this former Hilton is lovely. It’s a modest but very nice property and great location.

We had trouble checking in. Our message to check out late never made it to hotel staff. Only 1 of 3 elevators was operational. Expected more from this hotel and for the price.

I have stayed here several times but this was my 1st time after the remodel. I loved it for our family it was great busy holiday like Memorial Day but everything was still moving. Will recommend again and again. I’m from Miami and I love this beach.

Oceanfront property smelled great upon entering clean, beautiful, friendly staff. I didn’t like that. They charged extra money after two people for chairs on the beach.

I paid for a room with 2 cars facing forward to the ocean. That was extremely disappointing since it cost approximately $50.
