Far from 5 star

Definitely NOT 5 star. Stayed in a residence suite. Had no housekeeping, NO kitchen supplies except coffee, one plate and 3 forks. Everything was extremely slow and service took forever. Nobody seemed to know what they were really supposed to be doing. We had one room key and was told that’s all we were allowed. Mind you, you need a key to access elevators. The list goes on. Don’t stay there.

My wife and I went to celebrate our 20th anniversary. I gotta tell you that my wife was blown away from the valet, the concierge and the beach bar. The room was impeccable with the greatest ocean view. We got a special champagne and cheese platter delivered to our room unexpected. That was our WOWWW moment… We will definitely go there… It was indeed the most beautiful place that we have not been… Professional STAFF and MANAGEMENT throughout the resort..

The heating does not work at this property. I was told that when the hotel was built they undersized the heating system. They are waiting to this to get fixed. They had no space heaters. My room wouldn’t get about 65 degrees my entire stay. The hotel was a solid 4 star hotel. Definitely not a 5 star

Amrit needs to hire more people and capable people

Way understaffed. Only one waiter in the only restaurant they have. Only one waiter for the two pools and lounge area. And only one housekeeper for the entire residences tower.

Property is very nice. Singer Island is isolated so really just beach and condo's. Restaurant and Bar good, but not busy like a hotel; more hotel and bar of a high end condo where it may be more a second home than primary. Great facilities, great room, great location. A very nice condo and spa on the beach, 15 min from West Palm and 1hr 45min from Miami.

New hotel! But it is very cold… Now in America there is EMF around people. Many flying machines, drones and devices. I couldn't hide from the EMF in this hotel. I am very sensitive to EMF and in this hotel I couldn't sleep from them. Something is missing in this hotel. I definitely won't go there a second time. Sorry.

I had the pleasure of spending a day at Amrit Ocean Resort, and it was unforgettable! From the moment I arrived, the warmth and professionalism of the staff stood out, especially Charles, the valet—so helpful and an absolute gem. The resort’s luxurious lobby blends elegance & comfort, with countless inviting spots to relax. Amrit’s focus on wellness is exceptional, and their spa is a standout. My day pass gave me access to pools, saunas, a salt room, and relaxation areas for men, women, & unisex. I even went to a HIITworkout class w/ Miguel great workout!! the gym is equipped with everything u need. The wellness options are plentiful—IV drips, infrared therapy, meditation, a hyperbaric chamber, nail and hair services, and more. The knowledgeable spa staff enhance every treatment. For a full experience, I recommend staying multiple days to explore all the innovative wellness technology. Lunch at Tula was incredible. The lobster roll was rich and flavorful, paired with fries that were absolutely addictive. The avocado mousse with strawberries was decadent, and the beach views added magic to the meal. My oceanfront room was spectacular, with breathtaking balcony views and a deep soaking tub that opened into the bedroom—letting me relax while watching TV. It perfectly balanced comfort and luxury. Amrit Ocean Resort is ideal for “me time,” couples, retreats, and even families. The location is excellent, with nearby hidden gems to explore. Highly Recommend!

Look of a 3 star, service of a motel! I wish I could post pictures! I had a hole in the ceiling in my room where shower head is supposed to be, and it was leaking constantly, staff was rude and this hotel is short on stuff, room service is nonexistent, when I wanted to order food from a restaurant I was told that I have to come down and pick it up because on Friday night there’s only one person working! I do not recommend this hotel, and if you go there be prepared that it’s in the middle of nowhere!
