Great hotel that is as good as it looks in the pictures. Superb staff look after you throughout your stay. Location is excellent with a feel of real Siem Reap whilst only five minutes in a tut tut to the tourist centre.

it's a small property so it's easier to know all the staff, who were extremely gracious and helpful at all times. loved the garden type setting and easy access to all amenities of the hotel. however, it is bit far from the nicer restaurants of downtown area, but the hotel transportation is available at all times.

The staff was excellent and very attentive. The front desk can arrange all of your tours, trips into town and transfers to the airport. They all knew us after one hour and made us feel special with the service they provided. Very relaxing place to stay yet still close the all the dining, shopping and Pub Street entertainment.
