We didn't mind our stay however there were a lot of little things that added up to make the stay average and not amazing! When we arrived the reception staff weren't very friendly. They took our passports and next thing we were being taken to our room.Firstly the photos of the hotel are quite dated and the rooms whilst nice have seen better days (for example the floor boards on the bathroom side of the bed were starting to rot near the wall. The breakfast was one of the better buffets we had while on our holiday. The cocktails and food from the restuarant were very over priced. However a few drinks in the pool after a day walking around the temples was money well spent. A few shade cloths over the pool or some retractable shade over the bar stools would be a good addition as the pool gets very hot!

Comfortable hotel in a great location

Pros: I loved the welcoming staff and the facilities. The buffet breakfast had great variety. Enjoyed the pool and had a great massage too.
Cons: Some of the food in the buffet breakfast like the noodles, fried rice and curries could be warmer in their containers.
Location: The greatest asset of this hotel is its location which in within walking distance or a short tuk tuk ride to places of interest and activities.
It has all the comforts of a resort and being in a central location makes this a go to accommodation. We had a lovely room overlooking the pool which was large and clean. The staff are most welcoming and always helpful. Buffet breakfast had good variety and transfer to airport was provided. Local meals and markets are within walking distance. Indochine Cafe just opposite the hotel provides local dishes that are reasonably priced.

Great location close to Pub Street

In a great location within walking distance to Pub Street. The staff were helpful and very friendly and the food and cocktail menu well priced for a hotel. Although the resort and rooms were spotless, the decor is dated and in need of a refurbishment. We will definitely come back.

Great location and helpful staff

Location is close to night life and markets. Staff were very friendly and helpful. In particular the tour booking staff. Huge pool and excellent facilities. Would stay here again.

Excellent hotel!

What a pool!!! Absolute feature with the swim-up bar and the sheer size of it! Staff are super friendly and helpful! Excellent value for money!

Great location

Hotel located close to Pub Street, the Old And Night Markets, but far enough away to escape these crowd filled areas. Enjoyed my stay, would stay again.
