Fantastic hotel in Siem reap

Wonderful place to stay in Siem reap. Rooms and facilities were very clean and modern. All the staff & management were fantastic - you can just book the hotel and they can help you out with everything else you need (transfers, yours, tuktuks, advice, cocktails!). Swim up pool bar was very fun. Location is very handy to lots of bars and restaurants and markets and 711 & pharmacy. Friendliest hotel staff I've ever experienced, 10/10 would come back

Although located in busy area around Pub Street, this is a lovely quiet oasis! Staff very friendly and attentive; service excellent. Rooms and breakfast very nice. Pool area cozy but clean, comfortable and a great spot to relax. They were very helpful arranging rides to/from airport and around Angkor Wat and walking us through online purchase of tickets. Definitely the way to go! You just show resulting QR code at ticket check stations. Would definitely stay here again!

Simply Perfect. Everything was perfect from the bottom to the top. The facilities, the staff, the location, the restroom...EVERYTHING. We LOVED our stay here and I highly recommend it. You CAN NOT beat this location. It is perfect for access to Pub Street and shopping. The hotel restaurant is great but if you want more it's just around the corner. The staff way overwhelming friendly and helpful. They asked, but even privately I couldn't think of a single thing to recommend for improvement. PERFECT!

My experience at Central Suites was mixed. The check-in process was unnecessarily slow—they require you to fill out a form with your phone number, even though they already contacted you on WhatsApp. Additionally, they repeatedly ask guests to sit down, without considering that some may prefer to stand. The room I stayed in faced an abandoned building just two meters away, completely blocking daylight. Soundproofing was also lacking, as conversations near the elevator were easily heard from inside the room. On the positive side, some staff members were genuinely kind and attentive, though this was inconsistent. The food was decent, but the coffee was quite bad. One convenient aspect was the availability of tuk-tuks directly from the hotel, making it easy to visit the temples. I also appreciated the late check-out option. Overall, the hotel has some strong points, but the check-in experience, room conditions, and noise levels could be improved.

Hidden Gem

CSR was a real treat. A small paradise at the doorstep to Siem Reap's nightlife. And, no, I'm not a marketing guy: I just write alot. I had a spacious room, with charming decor and bath. The pool area is excellent, virtually part of the lobby, with a swim up bar to start your evening. The staff is so welcoming, it's almost overwhelming for an American used to a culture where you thank the service people rather than them thanking you. You're closer to restaurants and shopping than if on a cruise ship, with lots more of both. Even the small hiccups brought to the staff's attention are addressed immediately, and with smiles. Its kind of hide-away location makes it more intriguing than the street fronted standards with well known names. So, definitely a thumbs up from me.
