The hotel is clean. The front desk staff are polite. The housekeeping staffs are working hard. However, we requested two additional sets of towel everyday were not communicated properly. We informed the front desk personnel as well as housekeeping staffs regarding our request with no prevail. On the forth day, I decided to take action by requesting a meeting with the manager. Finally, our request was materialized. We checked out on the sixth day. This is an embarrassment to the hotel. A five star hotel cannot communicate correctly.

Hotel itself is nice. Breakfast is also nice. However, not much to do in the area. You have to take a train anywhere. Plus, I was disappointed with the restaurants. The dinner buffet pricey and was not great . Also, the steakhouse, even though I did not try was extremely expensive 130 dollars for steak.

I had a pleasant stay here with my family. The check-in and check-out was convenient, no overcharge or problem. The staff was very friendly and speak English. When we encounter leaky faucet, we told the cleaning staff, they fix it right away. Breakfast buffets were awesome, asian and western food. MRT was on the same block. We will stay here again.

the two young men at the concierge were extremely helpful! Around 20/5, they help to clear customs for a FedEx package send from HK, they helped made phone calls, print out form required, finally package was delivered. Also helped me with reporting to the health department @ the airport, on 22 & 23/5, after lots text messages & phone calls, accomplished, really appreciate their very helpful manner & attitude.

First it ran out of Body wash, then it ran out of conditioner; I have to call the house keeper to refill, Not sure why they didn’t refill while doing the house keeping. Also the door lock was couldln’t lock, we have to ask the maintenance to fix it.

Excellent hotel: convenient location, first-rate service, and plenty of dining options. Room was comfortable and clean with very good housekeeping staff. Hotel is right next to a metro station and walkable to the main train station. Hotel staff was professional, courteous, and efficient. The hotel has several excellent restaurants, and there are good dining and coffee options around the hotel as well.
