I have stayed at this property multiple times in the past three years. Employees very nice and helpful. Property showing a little wear but still very good. Bed comfortable. Property quiet. Bathroom clean other than some hair on floor either from prior guest or staff ….. Felt safe. Would recommend.

Easy to get to off of the highway, clean room, but the breakfast was not that great. Coffee was cold and choices were just so so. There are not too many hotels in Bonham, but this is probably the best.

I liked everything about the property there were two things though. Bugs where in my room and I he place looked like it hasn’t finished construction yet. Other than that food was great staff was awesome. Also the gym didn’t have enough water as well I filled up my drink and water ran out :(

The parking, breakfast, and staff were good. Only issue is back in January 2026 I put in my reservations here on expedia for a king size bed room but when I showed up and checked in to my room it was a double queen bed room. Went to the front to get it sorted out and they said that on the reservation it was for a king but told be that they were fully booked so they set up that room instead (without a heads up even after calling them a few days prior) and would be able to move me to another room. So warning, even if you book well in advance make sure that they are setting you up for what you paid for.

Staff was very nice and helpful, but the property is in bad shape. Our first room had been broken into before, you can see where they wedged something to release the latch, breaking off part of the door. Requested a second room, and was upgraded to a slightly larger room, but it smelled like weed and cheap perfume. Except for the smell, the room was decently clean. The beds were horrible, like sleeping on a cardboard box. Pool was closed, not sure if it will reopen? I would not stay here again.
