The suite could use some updates. Bed was very comfortable. Had standard size pillows on a king bed. Staff was friendly. The first suite we were given was occupied. Once that was straightened out we had a good stay.

I requested a room with a roll in shower with a queen size bed when I booked a room. I can’t climb into a tub so a roll in shower is a must. I received a confirmation for the room I requested and the afternoon I was to arrive I received a call i they didn’t have what I requested. Just a studio with 2 twin beds. Now we were late to arrive because our flight was late. We got there about one in the morning. But I called multiple times to let them know that we were still coming. I was told they would not give my room to someone else, but that is what they did. So the room was nice but it wasn’t what I requested and what I was promised.

Person checking in was rude, did not inform me about the $10 a day parking fee which I never had to pay in my previous stays. I had to completely wipe down the room, crumbs on the tables and in the kitchen. I was there 4 days and no one picked up trash. I had to ask for fresh towels, an iron, and paper towels. No one made the bed and the broken light in the kitchen that I complained about was never fixed.

this hotel was nasty truly. i walked in and immediately knew we couldn’t stay. we found a new hotel. no new toilet paper roll, rust and dirt everywhere. hair everywhere, sticky surfaces, just awful. the hotel refused to refund us.

It was decent. I didn’t know it was one of those “go out and find your room at house 3!” type of things, I hate those. But after I found the room, the room was nice. Checkout was at 12, so that was a plus. Let’s leave it at that
