We had 2 rooms. Both were not clean. Both had broken stuff. Room #1 had a broken refrigerator that leaked all over. Room #2 had a broken phone and broken TV. When called and requestes service no one ever showed up. On day 3, after asking twice, someone came in and looked, but didnt fix the frig. Breakfast was not good at all. Looked like there was a lot of food, but turned out multiples of the same items. Received 2 tiniest water bottles for the entire stay for 3 people! No welcome drink or anything of sort. There were 3 elevators, but only 1 would work.

Location is a bit far from the centre but we walked the 2/3 km so not bad. It's a convention centre, so be prepared for that. It's massive and filled with business people. It was a decent room, although it's quite need of an upgrade since, especially the balcony - it's used for business people. Breakfast was pretty good and has a big selection with a small portion of gluten free options. There were ants all over our room floor when we arrived. Otherwise, staff very kind.

This is a gorgeous oasis just outside the city. 15mins by bus, they run really regularly. Great for a solo travller because it's big and spacious and the staff are friendly and around if needed. The rooms and public areas are spotlessly clean, so impressive. Breakfast buffet is wonderful, everything you could want and lots of it. The pool area was clean and chilled, although you can hear the traffic from the nearby busy road, but I didn’t mind that too much. The only reason I didn’t give this place 5 stars is because of the very small cocktail bar, it's not too clear how to order, so I sat at a table for a while and nobody approached. When I went to order, the barman had to be told by the manager to serve me even though I was right in front of him. It was not welcoming at all. The rest of the staff however were wonderful. I would definitely recommend this hotel, just have drinks elsewhere.

I recently stayed at this 4-star hotel and was thoroughly unimpressed with the cleanliness and maintenance of my room. Upon check-in, I found the room to be unclean, and despite informing the housekeeper, the issue wasn't addressed. The next day, the room remained in the same state, with dirty bedsheets and no effort made to clean. It wasn't until I escalated the issue to the reception late in the evening that someone from the housekeeping team inspected the room and finally changed it. However, the new room still didn't meet the standards I expect from a 4-star hotel. The cleanliness and facilities were more akin to a 1-star establishment. The lack of attention to detail and poor communication from the housekeeping staff were major letdowns. Unless the hotel takes steps to improve its housekeeping services, I wouldn't recommend staying here.

Quiet with easy parking.

This hotel looked more grand in pictures but rooms were large and the bathtub was an absolute plus. Attached parking garage with lifts but you do need to pay per day. Room service was overpriced and food was not good.

Silken Seville

Room was clean, staff friendly, attentive and helpful in our personal situation. Room was somewhat in need of some attention, as we only stayed 2nights it was not of significance, but shower tap, sink tap leaked shower screen not wide enough so water on floor, in general fittings to bathroom need attention, worst thing was the sqeeking bathroom door, very loud, probably disturbed adjoining room. The room was very dark none or very little natural light from a very small window maybe 45cm wide. Could not fault the staff.

At check-in your greeted by welcoming staff and the room is clean and spacious. The main lobby boasts high ceilings. There is an amazing all you can eat breakfast, but the also serve lunch and dinner. When lounging by the pool you can grab a drink at the bar and enjoy the day. The area has a good walking path behind the hotel snd transit is close by. The hop on and hop off bus also picks up from the hotel each day at 9:30 am and you can catch the #34 bus back to the hotel easily, just hop off 1 stop after the Real Betis Stadium. Note often soccer players stay here and you might get the chance to meet them upon arrival. Will definitely recommend and stay here at the Silken Hotel again.

We had a very nice stay. My feedback would be that the room smelt overpoweringly of air freshener, and the bathroom, whilst highly functional, was in a poor state and in need of refurbishment.
