You cannot get a better location than this hotel - we were between a 5-20 minute walk from everything in the city. The staff were helpful and accommodating. The hotel was extremely clean. The rooftop terrace was expansive and had a cool view of the city. While the hotel was great, don’t expect luxury in things like the bathroom, the quality of the beds, toiletries, etc. also, if you are women alone I definitely recommend making sure your room is not on the ground floor. People could see right into the room which made us uncomfortable. They were able to move us to a different room for the remainder of our stay. For the price, I would stay here again.

Perfect location

Brilliant location in the heart of Seville. The hotel is gorgeous, just wish there was a lift from our room to reception, lots of stairs with cases, not ideal.

The hotel staffs are providing very intense services, like proactively introducing how to access surrounding famous sceneraries, offering luggage room delivery, and the most impressive is a surprising small gift for my first stay in this hotel. The hotel is well located in the centre of Seville with easy access to all main attractions. The Hotel was impeccable in every way. Room was amazing, towels changed and room cleaned every day. Staff were knowledgeable and friendly. Roof top bar and pool area were fantastic too! We can’t mark this hotel down on anything at all. We would recommend it to anyone and will definitely be back.

Could have been perfect

We would have rated this as excellent except the air conditioning had not yet been turned on this week and the room was extremely hot and uncomfortable. There were a couple of other issues regarding the lack of handrails on steps and in bath but otherwise this was a beautiful hotel with a great location, wonderful staff and a beautiful roof terrace with pool and bar.

Centrally located hotel, property is in great condition, rooms were very clean, spacious and had everything. Breakfast was fantastic, all staff were super nice and friendly. They also have wallet parking, which is hard to find.

The staff was very friendly and the hotel was exceptionally modern and clean. The breakfast buffet was delicious. Make sure to enjoy the rooftop terraza!

Only problem is that their AC was not working. The rooms were hot and humid. We addressed this with the hoter staff who stated that they were working on it. If you stepped out the room into the corridor and lobby nd dining area, it was really nice. At night, both windows had to be opened to get the temp where one could sleep. The staff purposely hid this issue from us, not offered a solution other than they were working on it. Other than this, nice hotel.

If your trip originated from the USA, I have to say that the space of the rooms in this hotel compares with the ones you are used to in America. The staff was superb, very friendly always trying to help and to provide answers to your questions. All in all my spouse and me will give them an A , keep the good work going @ Rey Alfonso X. 😀

Excellent location to get to the main sites. Rooms were immaculately clean. Staff very helpful. Roof terrace would be lovely if the the weather was good. Would suggest they put felt pads on the chairs in the bedrooms as the sound on marble floor was irritating! Also the soundproofing between bathrooms wasn't good.
