Gorgeous hotel with comfy beds. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The hot items at breakfast (on the one day we had it) weren't hot enough. Also, the hotel could save on plastic waste by not replacing the toiletries everyday, when they were still half full.

Wonderful hotel

I rarely revisit any hotel but this is the exception. I was here two years ago and it was great then and even better now. The whole place has been painted and everything looks brand new. The staff are as helpful and friendly as before. The rooftop bar and pool are great. The hotel is in a great location.

What a wonderful hotel this is. The staff is tremendous! Every person we interacted with from housekeeping to management was attentive, friendly and helpful. The details are attended to in every way down to having a taxi ready at the exact time requested. The facility is clean, modern and the rooftop terrace a nice place to relax. They serve a nice breakfast each morning and central location to Seville is a plus. I recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again. Thank you!

What started out as possible issue was dealt with by hotel staff and management in the most professional manner. We stayed in a larger room at the back of the hotel and overlooking the courtyard. Size was great and it’s modern and clean. It’s also a very quiet room. Staff and management were courteous and professional at all times. Thank you to Manuel who when above and beyond. The hotel is very well located and close to all attractions and within walking distance. Loads of good food options close by. It’s a 10 min taxi/uber ride to the train station. Highly recommended.

Excellent Hotel!

This is one of the best hotels! Centrally located with the best staff and great rooftop. I will definelty be returning to this hotel on my next family trip.
