Rooms and corridors smelt. The lifts looked like they’d been in a war zone. Bathroom fan didn’t work (did report it but nothing happened) which meant all sorts of creatures would appear. The shower outlet was black - totally disgusting. Every evening dogs from flats next to the hotel would bark so you couldn’t sleep. Whole electronic check in and check out process was dismal. We checked out manually and then 30 minutes later we received an email telling us we could check out electronically. Codes for menus etc in room did not work. Photos of all of the above can be submitted as evidence.

This was one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at. Easy to walk to most tourist attractions, close to a lot of food options, and a very clean and nicely organized hotel.

Location of the hotel and the lobby is good, clean room and good breakfast. It would've been better if there were some english tv channels.

Lovely stay at one of the level rooms. Very convenient to have the lounge access that we utilised at some point every day during our stay. The rooms were clean and modern.

The hotel needs some TLC specially our room bathroom. It looks old and it needs some upgrades. The personnel was amazing!
