Ensuite shower head is wobbling doesn't stay fixed at its position and so not suitable whilst having shower. The water doesn't come out smoothly due to shower head partly blocked and poor water pressure out. We knew this apartment was noisy, so this is acceptable in some way. There are flies everywhere in the accommodation. There was an overwhelming smell that we could not get rid of, which caused all of us to cough through our first night. The cookware was unclean, the floor was too dirty to step on without shoes, and the bedsheets had unsanitary spots/blemishes/dirt on them. There was a broken light bulb that was flashing during our stay, until it finally broke later in the night. There was no staff after 5pm to request for help on these issues. On top of that, the accommodation's door could not lock from the inside, so whenever staff was in fact present, we couldn't be sure that they wouldn't enter our accommodation unannounced. We had to abandon our booking and find another stay on the fly, to properly tend to various health and security needs. If you want an actual clean and welcoming space, there are numerous hotels down the road at Setas de Sevilla that provide 20x better quality rooms and service.

Great location. Urban noise, but not overwhelming . Our apartment was great and could use a bit of maintenance over the winter: the Ikea-style bar stools were missing screws, the grout in the bathroom needs a reset. A few hooks on the entrance wall for jackets, maybe?The price was right and we would stay there again.

Check in was very straight forward. The room was very clean and spacious. The kitchen was well equipped and designed. The location was ideal in heart of old town. The washer and dryer was a total bonus. I cannot recommend this higher. It was so great and made our stay in Sevilla even lovelier.

Apartment was clean, plenty of space. The beds were unfortunately just two singles pushed together, not joined, so not ideal for a couple. The location is good, but for those that prefer to sleep in it’s possibly not the right spot as church bells wake you up at 8.30 every day.

Check in was pretty bad. They were late getting me the correct information and they got my name wrong. The room numbers and floors are confusing. Other things that were not impressive: they had no hand towel in the kitchen, the bathroom shower flooded because of poor design (I had much better showers in Granada and Valencia) and they had no clothes shelves, hooks, closets, or hangers. Weird that they call it an apartment.... other than that, it was fine. The staff were responsive and eventually got me what I needed, and the place was large and clean.
