I booked the room after seeing photos of a kitchen, but there wasn't one. The fireplace was broken, so I had to request repairs. The bathroom non-slip mat disappeared after the cleaning service, so I slipped. Be sure to request a mat, as the bathroom is slippery.

Ideal location, clean room and towels, great cleaning staff. The only suggestion is that the front desk agent be more informative when a guest arrives. Ex: offer information on the sites, resources, be prepared to answer questions from guests, I asked if there is a kitchenette in the room and he said no, but the room had a kitchenette area. I had come in early to check in, and he didn’t offer the information about early/late checking availability to guests and I found out later while registering online. Other than that the Inn sits at a perfect location and the cleaning staff were very attentive and helpful.

I was concerned because our room was upstairs and I have some mild mobility issues. The clerk promptly offered us a handicap accessible room on the ground floor. It was very comfortable and worked out very well. We were very happy this young man was on the ball.
