View, hiking, cooking in room. You only have to go outside and breathe in the beauty. Our property is located in what is the last rural area in Sedona. When you stay with us, you will truly get the Sedona experience.
The guestroom has an ajoined patio to the kitchen area where there are plenty of birds and all kinds of wildlife. In the courtyard is a large fireplace and a pretty sweet little pizza oven.
Our view is the best in town, no kidding, we get hundreds of people that stop right out in front of our property to take pictures. The sunsets are incredible when the sun hits Cathedral Rock, sunrise can give great colors. it literally is the most beautiful place in the world, right out your front door. You just don’t get this anywhere else in Sedona.
The room is very quiet , with private entrance and virtually no contact with the other guests that are on property. We have 2 suites.
The apartment has a very nice fully equipped kitchen space to sit and play cards or board games and 2 comfy chairs to kick back and relax after a day of hiking the nearby trails.
The bedroom has a 42” flat screen TV and TiVo too, so you can record that game while your out exploring Sedona.
There is NO separate living room in this room, but you don’t need it. You will want to spend your time in our quaint kitchen or out on the spacious patio and enjoy some quality birdwatching. You might even see a few Javalina or raccoons. There is also a tv outside so you can enjoy watching with great view and good weather.

WiFi has been great, but during inclement weather it can be sketchy. Cell service can be a bit sketch too if it’s not a Verizon phone. ATT is not great here, that’s all of Sedona not just us.
We do not allow extremely large vehicles ie motor homes, or atvs on trailers. Or multiple cars.
