Welcome to the Thunder Mountain Sanctuary! Find peace and tranquility in this serene, light and bright 2 bedroom/2 bathroom home. Roomy yet intimate, the home features a beautiful sunroom, where you can gaze out into the large, fully private and gated, tree filled yard, and spot the shining moon in the evenings.
There is also a traditional kiva fireplace in the living room and plenty of wood sourced right here on the property.
The house is centrally located in West Sedona, just walking distance to multiple trailheads in Red Rock State Park and just minutes away from town where you’ll find everything Sedona has to offer as far as fine dining, quaint cafes, yoga classes and artist markets galore. On top of it all, you’ll be able to explore some of Sedona’s best hiking with Sugarloaf, Tea Cup, Andante, Thunder Mountain Trail, and Chimney Rock all nearby!
When you’re looking to take a break from all the activities, you’ll occupy nearly 2,000 sq. ft. of living space on a 1/3 acre lot that has peekaboo views of Thunder Mountain. The house has two bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The house additionally boasts a large kitchen, dining room, and multiple living rooms, including a solarium that has floor to ceiling windows looking out at the backyard which has enough space to frolic around or merely take it slow underneath one of Sedonas famous Juniper Trees.
The home is stocked with all the essentials you need to accommodate a smooth and comfortable stay.

Fully stocked with all cooking essentials (cookware, spices) as well as five burner range plus oven, toaster oven, coffee machine, blender, kettle, tea infuser, waffle maker, and much more!

The guest bath is right across from the second bedroom, with a shower/tub.
Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and epson salt are provided.
There are plenty of extra blankets and pillows throughout the house, as well as two trifold mattresses for extra sleeping in the sunroom.
