The space features living room views of the Red Rocks, great amenities including pool, hot tub, 2 full-size tennis courts, and a prime location in Sedona’s gorgeous Village of Oak Creek, making it easily accessible to all the wonders of Northern Arizona!

Make yourself at home! This property is a 2 bedroom condo with a split floor plan and ensuite bathrooms, making it an ideal space for individuals, couples, friends and families alike.

Inside, the home is bright, modern, clean, and tastefully decorated and furnished. It can sleep up to 5 guests.

Kitchen: The condo has a fully stocked kitchen complete with an electric oven/stove-top, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, etc. It has plenty of pots/pans, BBQ utensils, and stocked with your basic spices and oils.

*There is a grocery store within walking distance of the property

Living Room: A decorative fireplace centers the room. There is a TV with Netflix and enough space to unwind after a day of travel in the area.

Bedrooms: Both spacious bedrooms feature walk-in closets and plush memory foam beds with views looking out to the Red Rocks.

Infants: No need to pack all that heavy infant equipment! We have a pack-and-play and highchair to accommodate for all your infant's needs.

Bathrooms: The master bathroom has two sinks with a private shower and bath-tub. The main bathroom has a walk-in shower but no bathtub. Both are newly updated.

*Linens are provided for all sleeping spaces, as well as two bath towels and two washcloths for each guest. Body wash, shampoo and conditioner are also provided for your convenience.

Porch: There is one porch on the property, located off of the living space.

Washer/Dryer: The condo has a fully functional washer and dryer for your convenience.

Amenities: The property grounds feature a community pool, two hot tubs, and two full-size tennis courts for guests to use at their convenience. In addition, there are two BBQ grills located just outside of the pool area. We cannot guarantee availability due to maintenance or unforeseen closures during your stay.

Other Things to Note:
Booking over 2 weeks (14 days) will require a mandatory mid-stay cleaning, billed separately, in addition to the cleaning charged at booking.

We do accept alterations requests, but require that they be made at least 14 days prior to the start of your original reservation date. Acceptance of the alteration request is at the host's discretion.
