The room was clean and the area was convenient. The low rating is because I booked a Mountain View suite which was supposed to have a queen size sofa bed. The picture shows a sofa that looks like it has a pull out mattress. But what is actually was was a modular sofa that had different pieces that moved around to make maybe a full size bed but there was no actual mattress. It was super uncomfortable. This was incredibly misleading. Sofabeds are already uncomfortable but at least there’s a mattress. Whatever this was was horrible.

The staff was friendly. The room was ok. Bathtoom was tiny, specially when you have to close the door. You have to m9ve aside for it to close. We stayed at room 117. Whoever was staying above us was loud. The walking was loud and sounded like occasionally dragging something and it was making so much noises.

The room and staff were wonderful great view. My husband was really disappointed there was no continental breakfast as advertised. Cereal and milk. All the juice dispensers had an out of order on them. Really lame.
