About an average stay. It is kept up clean but is a little dated. The beds were not comfortable but not bad. I don't think it was quite worth the money charged, but maybe it's because of Cottonwood.

Decent but overpriced.

We booked a king suite but the only sitting options were an old arm chair and a desk chair. The picture on hotels.com clearly showed a seperate sitting area with a sofa. The room had a private little patio but the table and chairs were covered with bird poop so was unusable. That being said the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. But definitely not worth the 347 dollar price. But it is a touristy area and I guess they don’t mind gouging their customers a bit.

WONDERFUL staff

We stayed one night. There were a few hiccups with our booking (mistakes happen) but the manager was FANTASTIC and friendly and helpful and made sure we were well taken care of and even checked on us later. She is phenomenal.

Everything went well with our stay. The only thing that was disappointing was that the hot tub was not available during our stay in January unlike the three other Best Westerns that we stayed at which were further north than this one.
