We arrived at 6 pm and the front desk computer was down. I was told we may not be able to check in and I explained that I had already paid for the room. He began brainstorming and contacting someone who could help restore his computer sysytem. We waited in the lobby for 45 minutes to an hour to complete check in. The gentlemen at the counter was very helpful and comped our parking for the evening amd upgraded our room. The room was wonderful and the grounds were well maintained. Parking was convenient. My only concern is when I called the next morning to ask if I could pay for a late check out, I was told no, only Marriot Bonvoy Members are eligible for late check out. I was never asked for my member information and the Manager, Tonya was eagar to end the call. I thought perhaps, given the issues the night prior, her customer service should have been, "top tier or "better." Unfortunately, it was not. Other than this experience, the property is very cute and worth the stay.
