This was such a great place to stay! The pool was super warm and very clean! And the hot tub was fabulous! Breakfast was yummy, with lots of seating! It was fun that they had a riddle printed out and put in the elevator for us to figure out! And the lobby was decorated for Halloween which was fun! The staff was friendly too! And super close to fun restaurants! Would definitely choose to stay here again!

Our bathroom floor was dirty and had ants. The front lobby was small and overcrowded. When I asked the front desk lady if we could have a room on a higher floor, she said there were no rooms left. However, it seemed like she just didn’t want to make the effort to switch us, as I noticed they already had room keys prepared for all the guests in a bin, which felt unusual.

They appeared to be working with a new system, took quite a while to check in. Overall, the hotel was quite nice once everybody figures out how everything works it should improve. Housekeeping was not bad however they did not refill the coffee supply or remove a dirty tray from the breakfast buffet. I would stay here again.
