Alexis was very transparent to tell us that the AC stopped working the day of our arrival, so we had to stay at a hotel until the AC was fixed. I was not charged for the two days and was allowed to drop off my bags at 11:45am. It was an inconvenience but no one’s fault and I appreciate the flexibility. The house was perfect. All new utensils and dishware in the kitchen. The house was clean and well decorated. I also liked that there were no instructions on what to do at checkout making it easy to leave without rushing around to put the house in a certain order.

Nice home in great location

We had an enjoyable stay here. We were in town to look for apartments in anticipation of a move to the area and the location was perfect. The house is well stocked and comfortable, and Alexis was very helpful during the stay and quick to answer our questions whenever we reached out. Would definitely recommend!
