Escape summer heat to our beautiful, air-conditioned, recently renovated home in the peaceful, green neighborhood of Finn Hill. Whether you're traveling with family, friends, or on your own, our cozy bedrooms and ample living space offer the perfect setting for a peaceful escape. Sip your morning coffee on the spacious deck, bask in the sunshine in our cozy backyard, or snuggle up with a book in the inviting living room. Miles of hiking trails and beautiful waterfront are just minutes away.

As you step inside, you'll immediately notice the open floor layout, perfect for spending time with loved ones. The spacious living room, dining area, and chef kitchen, complete with stainless steel appliances, are designed with your comfort in mind.

On the upper level, you'll find a large master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, as well as two additional bedrooms and another bathroom. One of the bedrooms also features a small home office, perfect for those who need to work remotely while on the road. Both the living room and two of the bedrooms are equipped with smart TVs, so you can unwind and relax with your favorite shows and movies.

This place is fantastic for multiple families. Plenty of space, natural light, lots of seating options, plenty of basic cookware, plates/bowls and silverware, plus, comfortable, cozy beds! Cute House, Great Location

We enjoyed our stay at this cute house of Finn Hill! Quiet neighborhood, great indoor and outdoor spaces, and plenty of street parking. The beds were very comfortable and the blackout curtains/blinds in the bedrooms were greatly appreciated! There were a couple of inconveniences: no oven mitts, no kitchen towels, no hand soap in the kitchen, and only one sheet pan for cooking. Cleanliness has some room for improvement: underwear in one of the dressers, dust on most flat surfaces (besides the kitchen), and the showers in the bathrooms could use a more thorough cleaning. None of these were major issues for our group but something for others to be aware of. One area of concern that we noticed is that some of the windows were unlocked upon arrival and some doors didn't have locks, including the door from the garage into the house. This made us uncomfortable since there was no way to check that the garage was secure from the outside without entering this space which was off-limits to guests.

This property is beautifully renovated wih all new amenities. It is sapcious and very welcoming. The cabinets were well furnished with cups and chinaware. Lots of coffee, teas and confiments. The fenced yard was perfect for our service dog to. The only complaint I have is that the sofa bed was not usable. The property does not sleep 10 only 8. That was unexpected and was my 1 guest had a terrible sleep. Please change the sofa bed or change the a accommodation number to 8. Thank you for sharing your home. Phil and Kat

To enter the house, you had to go up steep cement stairs, which were not up to Code, and there was no railing, which meant in the winner, icy rainy conditions. Upon entering the house was in another set of steep stairs with no railing. To go downstairs was yet another set of steep stairs with no railings. I don’t even think this is legal. It certainly isn’t in California house dirty and cold. The TVs did not work properly, and the one in the bedroom had to be unplugged. By my daughter, who had to move a heavy fake unusable fireplace, the electric lights flickered off on in the kitchen, and I could not find a way to turn them off. The neighborhood was noisy with drag, racing cars up and down the street. I would never stay there again
