My toilet flooded after the first time using it with no toilet paper at all. While I was moved to another room it was a complete inconvenience pretty late at night. No compensation was given for the inconvenience and unpleasant experience. Breakfast was nice! I did take the last syrup for the waffles and never saw it restocked.

The hotel was great! The room is clean, the staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great. They have on site hot breakfast as well as grab and go options. Highly recommened.

Check-in was the least professional or welcoming that I’ve ever had. No “welcome”, no “your room number is…”, no “have a nice stay”. Nothing about the amenities or anything. It just felt like “take your card and go away”. It was an incredibly cold welcome and experience and it felt as if I was a nuisance simply for coming here to check in. I don’t think I would ever consider visiting this hotel again the next time I am in this area.
