Oceanfront in Fire Island Pines

This architect-designed oceanfront was built in 2016 and features 12' ceilings on the main level and 10' ceilings on the upper level. The main level includes an open kitchen with Bosch appliances, suspended wood burning fireplace, powder room and walls of glass looking out to the mahogany pool deck and ocean. The upper level features three ocean facing bedrooms with balconies, all of which are ensuite with large closets, and a vented washer dryer. There are two master suites with king beds and showers with views to the ocean as well as a queen sized suite. A large hot tub is located on a separate roof deck with panoramic unobstructed views of the ocean, bay and Fire Island itself. The pool deck - open yet protected from winds - comfortably accommodates outdoor dining, separate areas for lounging and a heated oceanfront pool. There is direct beach access via a private walk.

Liked: Cleanliness
Brian's house is really beautiful, well designed and well furnished. The beds and pillows are very comfortable. You can't beat the setting being right on the ocean. Brian was very helpful and even offered to transported our luggage to the dock. The house is about 12 minute walk from the dock.
