Room works, huge TV , I had a non-smoking room that actually didn't smell like smoke... so that was nice (crazy how that's not the norm) Honestly the only complaint I have is the free coffee has grinds in it...I even tried to show the staff how to save that pot, we just had to run the coffee thru the coffee filter again and it would take out the coffee grinds, but staff didn't wanna hear it....(it was 6am, so I felt bad and i didn't want to be annoying)...I have no problem going to 7-11 for good coffee anyway

The major issue is that the room 202 heating/cooling unit's fan was way too loud to fall asleep with it running even on the lowest fan setting. Then once the unit was turned off completely, one could hear that the refrigerator was making a frequent high-pitched squeal, so then that needed yanked out.
